We started last night. The goal, to pre-bake all of the cut-out cookies so that they are prepared and ready for our Annual Baking/Cookie Decorating Day. Mission Accomplished! With Courtney rolling out the dough, cutting the shapes, Mom rotating the cookies sheets with baked and new cookies and me as the supervisor (hehehehe), we were able to bake almost 15 dozen cookies!!! Yes, I said 15 DOZEN!!
Mom and Courtney started making Icing around 9AM. Everyone else got here and we started decorating around 10AM. Mary, Amy, Brittany, Karle, Courtney, Charlie, Mom, Gavin and I were ready to rock the next 6 hours with baking, dipping, drizzling, icing and whatever else the day held for us!
The cleanest my kitchen looked in 6 hours!
Cookie Decorating, Half way through...Mom had a great idea to put the icing bags on a "Lazy Susan" for easy access to all colors by all decoraters!
