Siebert Steakhouse
Since I blogged about Keith's eclectic version of Mother's Day Breakfast, I must RAVE about his version of an Anniversary Dinner. Not really sure of our plans for the evening, I pick Gavin up and phone Keith to see if he wants me to pick up dinner. "Nope, I am cooking." I usually get excited when Keith cooks dinner because he is actually pretty good at it, his recipes are yummylicious {thank you Gia for adding to my vocabulary}, and he puts so much effort into perfecting his presentation and timing of food completion {I don't know where he gets from, heh hem, Nancy}. So Gavin and I walk in the door and Keith is as cool as a cucumber, has dinner in the works, is preparing some homemade guacamole and the kitchen is spotless. The dishes used were in the dishwasher. The counters were clean and there was not a utensil laying out. Pure perfection!
Not only did he cook dinner, but he made FRESH, homemade, sorbet. No preservatives!! I was so impressed!! I'm sorry I did not take pictures...but there was nothing out of the ordinary to see and you've all seen my kitchen clean, at some point. So, here's to you babe...thanks for a wonderful dinner, a yummylicious dessert and a clean kitchen, to boot!
