Just when I think we have everything down, we get thrown a curve ball. We mastered the sleeping through the night at four months and things were going great! Gav would go down at 7 or 7:30 and sleep until 6:30 or 7:30am. Mommy and Daddy had some time to themselves and we had a happy little boy. UNTIL, two weeks ago. Gav started waking up in the middle of the night, fussing, again. A few fusses here and there and always put himself back to sleep. I think I have had to actually go up to his room, only twice to get him calmed down and back to sleep.
He is 8 months old now and still has NO teeth. I know, late bloomer with the teeth. He has learned to crawl, wave bye-bye and pull himself up. So, maybe it is a combination of teething and learning new motor skills? Gee, I hope! Poor little guy is so tired throughout the day that he yawns all day. Someone, please tell me, "This too shall pass!" I keep looking for things that I might be doing wrong, but he doesn't need more food and he has the same bedtime routine, so the only thing I can think of is excitement from learning and possible teething.
Come on teeth, come through already!
