About Me

My photo
I have a wonderful husband and bouncing boy, who is growing faster and faster as the days go by. I love to play with him and watch him learn and grow. My two boys are the things I am most proud of in this world and I love them to pieces...like father...like son!

Family Christmas...

Christmas Eve: Keith, Kelly, Gavin and Chey Baby Christmas. Keith had to work Christmas Day, so we did our family Christmas on Christmas Eve Night. We filled Gavin's stocking and let him open some gifts from out of town family. It was quiet, intimate and perfect! We didn't get Gav too much since we knew we would get tons from family.

Christmas Day: We, Gavin and I, started at Keith's parent's house. We visited with them for a few hours so that they would get to see Gav on Christmas Day. We napped...well, Gavin napped. We visited Daddy at the Fire Station and spent the rest of the day with Mamaw and Papaw Norris. Gavin and I spent the night there and we did our Norris Family Christmas on Friday morning.

Day after Christmas: Dad made breakfast, everyone napped...we opened gifts...everyone napped. It was a fun Christmas celebration! We even got to see my cousin Jason. He was on a trip through Dallas, so he stopped by for a few hours! After nap #2, we headed to Keith's parents house. We munched on MORE food and goodies, watched the kiddos play, opened gifts and watched the kiddos play until they were all pretty fussy! Time to head home for night, night. Two family Christmas' was a lot for a little guy to handle, but he did it and was fantastic. Next year, we will definitely take it slower.

Gavin got more toys than we can probably fit in our house and our car was loaded to the brim but it was one of the BEST Christmas' I have had in a long time. There is something to be said about a child's innocence and seeing Christmas through MY child's eyes was beautiful!
