Mom was headed off to London for this next week, for work, so we celebrated her Happy Mother's Day on Friday night. We went to Blue Mesa for some dinner and Margs and then the guys took the babies home for bath and bedtime and we girls went out for some Mother/Daughter creative bonding! We surprised Mom with a trip to Color Me Mine. This is a place where you can go and paint pottery and they glaze and fire it for you. You can take your own dinner and even a bottle of wine or something in with you (we did not know this at the time, but now we do, so next time will be a lot more fun!) We picked out our items, colors, and brushes and away we went! It was nice that we went on Friday evening because the place was relatively calm. I figured Saturday and Sunday would be packed and they didn't close until 9pm on Friday, so good call on my end. I thought that 2 hours would be plenty of time, but we did get a little rushed towards the end. It's amazing how long it can take to pick out a piece and create a design. We had so much fun that we decided to make it a "tradition"!!!

- I have a wonderful husband and bouncing boy, who is growing faster and faster as the days go by. I love to play with him and watch him learn and grow. My two boys are the things I am most proud of in this world and I love them to pieces...like father...like son!
